See a Tiger at the Seattle Public Library

It’s not every day you see a tiger at the library. Hardly ever, in fact. But on a recent visit to the Seattle Public Library, I caught a glimpse of this handsome black-and-white-striped fellow, who’s part of the Show Your Stripes art tiger tour. Seattle’s Woodland Park Zoo is debuting its new Banyan Wilds tiger exhibit this summer. Little Free Library Series — West Seattle

Last weekend was one of the few reasons I’ll set my alarm on a Saturday: the West Seattle Garage Sale. Every year, hundreds of sellers get together and hold a giant community-wide event with yard sales, garage sales, estate sales, and sidewalk sales.
