An accomplished television comedy writer for shows like Late Show with David Letterman, Futurama and Malcolm in the Middle, Eric Kaplan (b. 1971) is most famous as an executive producer and writer for The Big Bang Theory. He has subsequently gone on to write a book – putting his philosophy degree from Harvard University to good use – publishing Does Santa Exist? in 2014.
